    What I don't understand is how the hell this fight will be for the WBO junior lightweight title. Dulorme, according to the WBO rankings, is ranked 5th.

    #2 and #3 are fighting.

    Crawford was supposed to meet #1 Algieri for the belt and Chris priced himself out.

    Tough break for Pagara, but that's business.

    I read that some verbal agreement is in place.

    Essentially Crawford is allowed to fight for it since he was the 135 holder, and Algieri, #1, approved the temporary bypass. Either way the Matthysse/Provodnikov winner will be highest ranked at 140 of all the five fighters being mentioned.
