Terrance Crawford rates Andre Ward pfp #1 himself #2. Diss Golovkin and Lomachenko.

Ward hasn't been especially impressive in his last 2 fights. He'll need to beat Kovalev convincingly this time to move the meter for me. I get the resume thing, but to say he's a better boxer p4p than Loma and Crawford in 2017 is kinda crazy.

He's about on par with Golovkin, but he would have a considerable size advantage if they met face-to-face, so I'd favor Ward.

 

You do know ward is actually a white boy have you seen his redneck daddy? People hating on Ward because of the way he fights but mostly his annoying aragont personality.

 

You are Crawford's water boy. I respect that you boxed and ref'd amateurs but you seem like someone who is living vicariously through a fighter who accomplished more than you had hoped. Seems like you are bending over backwards to excuse what Crawford did by using his occasion charity work as a get out of jail free card.

You got me on one thing, I never boxed but I wrestled D-1 in college and have extensive grappling background as an adult and still train weights fanatically so I am no stranger to combat or strength athletics.

I have over 70 pounds of muscle on Crawford and would rag doll that thug if he stepped to me. So can I now add you to the list of posters on here who want to "kick my ass"?

Ward is a level above GGG when it comes to skills. I think that skills and resume plays a part in deciding a p4p candidate. The resume validates the skills. IMO

Who exactly has Crawford fought that was setting the world on fire. Sounds very biased or maybe racist?

 

I see a lot of people crying racism but it's normal that Crawford and Ward pull for each other they are both African-American why would they go out and support an Eastern European over each other? No-one thinks it's a big deal when a Mexican supports another Mexican, or when a Russian supports a Russian, or a Brit supports a Brit so what's the difference? Ward is older than Crawford and has been successful on the big stage so Crawford is just showing respect to his peer. No big deal it's not a diss to anyone.

 

IMO there is no clear cut p4p #1: Crawford, Loma, Ward, Kovalev, GGG, and to a lesser extent Mikey Garcia can all make some kind of argument to being the best.
