Terrence Crawford just announced on ESPN that he plans to vacate all of his titles and move to 147 where he can face the likes of Canelo, GGG and Lomachenko.

I'm bummed only because I hate seeing the titles split up immediately.

Bud will take care of 147, though.

Canelo and GGG are moving down to 147, and Lomachenko is moving up to 147 just to face Crawford? Wow!

No options for Crawford at 147 other than the Horn-Pac winner. How many fights does Crawford have left under Top Rank? He needs to leave them and sign PBC because they have all the fighters at 147, or he will be frozen out.

That's basically what Atlas said last night, Crawford had a hard time making 140, this might have been his last fight at the weight.

maybe there should be one title defense for the undisputed JW champ. rather than just immediately giving them all away. I am sure mikey garcia would like a shot at the unified title, or some one else that could provide a competitive fight.

I can't wait for the GGG vs Gennady Golovkin fight.

GGG wins by close UD, on account of having one more G in his name than Gennady Golovkin.

Crawford is the most skilled fighter at 147. He might as well move up. Loma vs Crawford at 140 would have been good, but I'd pick Crawford in that match up. I do think Loma can beat Garcia at 135 though.

I fear politics and promoters will get in the way of big fights happening though.

This is why Crawford is the man and if you aren't a fan of this guy you're a weirdo.

This. Top Rank has very few opponents for him at 147. If Crawford is smart he won't resign with Arum, but I have a feeling Crawford like PAC feels indebted to Arum and will stay with him.

Crawford is an awful style matchup for Danny. Danny has the chin and durability not to get stopped, but would get embarrassed in the ring.
