I don't know if that's top 8 of the men he's actually seen fight, but I don't think so, because SRR is before his time, so it can't be. It's almost a top 8 of the 70s-90s. Mostly 80s. On the other hand, I rate all of those fighters highly too, and all should be placed above Mayweather.
