Terrible ref last night PW fight!

It's in his job description.
like Pacquiao say's & I quote "I'm just doing my job"

 

I was trippin that the ref was counting.... once h get to 4 or 5 and the fighter hasn't moved its pretty much over. Plus he would grab martinez hand and try to move it without yellin break and pwill kept punching and martinez but wit one hand held. Terrible ref....

 

That's a knockout. Count to 10 and if the fighter isn't up it's over.

Maybe he just wanted to hear himself count up to ten. He looked like a rookie.

 

The stoppage was clearly premature.

 

Because of people bitching about the Danny Jacobs fight

 

Refs are human too, they know about alot of the fighters they ref for. This is the first time Pwill been in that position I thought when the count was first administered Paul might get up.

 

The ref was clearly biased. It was a huge ring so Williams could move around, and whenever Martinez took the fight on the inside, he separated them setting the distance for Williams. Can you imagine if someone done that with Hopkins? Also stupid for giving a full 10 count, if by some miracle Williams had beat the count he would've been Maccarinelli'd.

 

Its amazing how people say the referee sucked because he counted and not because he sucked the whole entire fight..i mean they werent even clinching and he was all over them yelling break and hugging them.10 seconds before the ko,you can hear him say,you clinchinch a lot,too much.that by itself could of been trouble for maravilla since he is the smaller fighter trying to get close...i hope he referees marquez katsidis..can you imagine?

 

We posted the same almost same time...i mean,its the truth!!..referee sucked!!

 

Totally agree, should never have been a count.

 

Come one, he chould of given the ref more of sign he was done though.

He could of done a break dance before going down, like Zab :thumbsup
