Could he beat the kilts and dominate the division or would be be another weak health holder waiting to be dominated?

Terrible Tim would've splattered most heavyweights, but would fall short and get KTFO by both the Klitschko brothers, unfortunately.

Still, he'd have a field day with the likes of Peter, and does have the power and intelligence to deliver a one punch knockout blow to Fragile David Haye.

A prime, well trained and motivated Tim Witherspoon would beat most of the best heavy weights today, and perhaps upset one of the Klits on the right evening.. But even if he did, I don't see him staying at the top for long.. Tim was a very good fighter, but not great and furthermore, was not consistent about showing up in good form.... He did however have a solid chin, heavy punch, good stamina and an awkward style that even the best fighters had a difficult time figuring out.. He just wasn't of the caliber of an all time great.

I look at Tim as an A- fighter on his best night. Extremely good but one notch short of great

The young Tim the one that took Holmes the distance and lost on points was a very good fighter. I remember him destroying the very durable Quick Tillis in 1 round, heck the Tim that was still fighting in the early to mid 90's was still very good, I feel as though he beat Mercer in one of his last bigger fights that he was scored as the loser. I don't see him beating Vitali Klitschko ever, I could see him knocking out Wlad though, I can see Wlad beating him as well, either way I would rate tim as very competitive with any of the Heavyweights which currently occupy todays scene.

terrible tim was one of my favorite fighters but very inconsistent dont know if most of u guys r 2 young 2 remember but early n his career he was a very good boxer with a punch not til his 2nd career did he develop that killer over hand right which i think he went to too much but at his best i admit he wasnt there much but at his best he challenges just about any heavy weight n history imo

He likely wouldn't beat either Klit BUT he would mop the floor with everyone else.

At his best he was better than either Klitschko, and could take any HW to the limit and have a chance to win a A-level fighter, but his inconsistency and bad training habits cost him, from being a special fighter,he had a questionable work ethic and dedication to his craft, any athelete that doesent give 110% in training in practice will show up in the game, that ole sane "paractice makes perfect" certainly applies to Tim,any athlete like that is penalized in my book its 1 of the reasons that im not super high on Durans outrages ATG ratings.

Vitali and Vlad are both superior to Witherspoon. Just watch their fights, it's obvious.
