Thanks for posting. Ezzard is one of my favourite fighters (as is Rocky) and this is the first time I can recall hearing him talk. Was pleasing to see he came across as affable, honest and reasonably articulate (in English as well as Italian).
Big, big, thank you buddy, I was mesmerised, Ezzard came across really well, to think by that stage he had already shared a ring with the likes of, Burley, Moore, Satterfield, Walcott, Louis, and beaten most of them, he looked so dapper, all color coded, what a gent, remarkably he looked completely unmarked, amazing !! BTW who did the face of the fellow mid reel belong to ,thinking Lloyd Marshall ? if not have we any sleuths on the forum, would be impressed if you got him. stay safe guys.
Good interview, I always find it interesting the ideas of diet back then. Charles was saying how he would only eat breakfast and Dinner, lots of calorie restriction back then even for heavyweights.
