Seemed like a really nice guy. He had quite a nice style but was a bit too fragile against the top tiers of the heavyweight division.

Probably one of the best guys Cleveland Williams managed to beat.

What he's best known for. This used to be a semi hard film to find.

Daniels lands his share, mostly in round 2, and makes Frazier miss at times. He just has little power to bother Frazier with. Frazier's hook has some power it, but I can think of lots of left hooker's that would have had Daniels out much sooner.

Daniels is a better boxer than his record indicates, it just goes to show how important durability and power are at heavyweight.

Seriously? In a thread where we should be paying respect to the dead, and has nothing to do with Cleveland Williams you STILL find a way to bring him up, and take a subliminal shot against him. This is a new low, even for you. Be ashamed of yourself!

Never knew that much about Daniels. But his record always reflected to me that he was a tough guy with a big punch. Condolences to his family

I read on one of these forums some months back that he was suffering from dementia. At least he's a peace now. Condolences to his family and friends in and out of the boxing community.
