    Goddamn Thompson needs to retire his chin is too damn glassy and he gets KO'd in the nastiest ways. This was almost as bad as the Galarza KO.

    Would love to see him against either of the Charlo brothers, the division isn't that strong, so there's definately some defences there for Smith and the difference between world class and below is huge, so he could make a fair few defences against C/B fighters.
    Also, just goes to show FW is a far better match maker than Fast Car Hearn.. good on Beefy for staying loyal and getting that title (now he'll probably move to Matchroom!)

    Apparently this was originally meant to be Liam Smith vs. Michel Soro for the vacant title.

    Beefy is very lucky; Soro is an entirely different kettle of fish than John Thompson.
