    Yeah there’s nothing in any reports of that fight that seem to suggest it was more than a good shot but McGovern got up and fought his way back.

    To the OP: who knows. Williams was McGovern-esque according to some, but lacking McGovern’s concussive power.

    I assume that if McGovern isn’t already a relic stylistically by that point I assume he batters most of these guys. If he is, who knows.
