Its really hard to believe didn't suffer a trauma when jackson hit him . Second Im not following your logic ,, because Norris was hit on the chin he didn't sustain any head trauma ?? His chin is part of his head, getting clipped on the chin by fighter like jackson gives the punch even more leverage. Norris was sparked because jackson hit hard enough trauma to the brain stem, as well as slam the brain against the skull, causing damage.

Anytime you KO by blow thats brain damage.

I see where you are going with this but one hard hit all by itself can cause massive damage, even a brain bleed.

I was drinking in a bar one night and hadny had any food all day. I was standing there telling a joke to my buddies when they said i crossed my yes and started to sway. They all thought it was part of the joke until I fell over backwards and my head hit the bar floor.

I got right up and felt fine but my bro and friends wanted me to go to the hospital, even drove me there. I refused to get out of the car.

The next day I had a headache and my pupils were different diallations. My mother made me go to the hospital and they took a scan of my brain.

The doctor when he saw the results started to yell at me and asked why I didnt come in right when the injury had happened.

He showed me the scan and said...see all of this cloudy areas here? Thats blood on your brain. I had suffered a brain bleed and he told me I was lucky that I didnt just not wake up.

For around 3-4 years after that I had almost no sence of smell and everything tasted the same.

Steak and a Mc Donalds burger tasted the same... like cardboard. The only things that tasted how I remembered them was salt and milk. The only plus was I couldnt smell my own farts lol.

After the 4th year smells and taste atarted coming back an dI am fine today. This happened around 2003.

So again while I agree a quick ko is prolly 95 percent better than a 12 round ass kicking, sometimes one tremendous hit can do extreme damage.

I didn't know Terry cannot remember the Leonard or Mugabi fights. But he has improved it says, so that is good news.

I just don't get it. Jack Lamotta is 90 years old and getting married while a defensive genius in Pernell Whitaker is showing signs of this condition, also... It's something that's just in the cards for certain fighters and athletes.

terry was a great fighter barring the chin issue..it was shocking how he fell apart the way he did at the end of his career starting with the mullings fight

i think roy jones fakes getting KO'd.

    he speaks too well.

we all want action packed fights but we dont always realise that some of these boxers are shortening there life.
