James Toney wins by KO. Norris does not have the discipline to box for 12 rounds and he does not have the chin to withstand Toney's powerful right hand.
Toney had too much to offer at this weight class for Norris to be given any sort of workable odds. James was a natural middleweight and one who was regularly beating the very best of the crop in the early 90's. He had the all around skill package of good defense, ring genralship and a better than average arsenal. His punching power was more than servicable and his chin is among one of the very best of all time. Hell, he's 40 years old, has been in nearly 90 fights and has yet to be stopped. I don't see Norris as taking this one at all.
