I'm not talking about "greatest at the weight class" (most achievements), I'm talking about the best fighter there (ability wise, head-to-head) Mike McCallum, Julian Jackson, and Thomas Hearns were all better at the weight, despite not staying there as long. Jackson's win over Graham wasn't even at 154 anyway.
