I think if both these fighters would have met at Junior Middleweight with both fighters in prime condition the fight would have been awesome. I would imagine that the fight for however long it would have lasted would have been a war. I can imagine the fight would have been called TNT. Who do you pick and why? I lean towards Tito as I think he could take a punch better than Terry. However, Norris is one of my favorite fighters ever.
Norris makes Trinidad look a fool as long as he doesn't get nailed by a "Tito" bomb........ Norris has FAR BETTER boxing skills than Trinidad ever dreamed of having, but Trinidad's power is a factor too....... Still, in a safety first affair, I'll pick Terrence Norris by lopsided decision..... Trinidad too inept to box with Norris....... MR.BILL
This would be a fire******* with a guaranteed KO. I'd fancy Norris's speed and faster start to see him take Tito out, but Tito may well catch him with a counter of his own. SO I'd lean towards Norris by KO
I think this would be an exciting affair. I believe Norris to have a slight edge in this at first look, as long as he remains focused. I believe he was the superior fighter against Brown for example, but he was not able to prove that untill the 2nd fight. Norris and Trinidad begin agresively with both trying to establish their dominance. Norris drops Trinidad in the 2nd, but Trinidad gamely gets his legs back under him and makes it through the rd. In the 3rd Tito starts landing the better shots and getting the better of exchanges. Norris adopts the boxer approach as tito gets the better of the slugging exchanges, and establishes control from rds 5-8, in rd 9 Tito catches Norris and clearly has him hurt, but the bell saves him from going down. Terry now a little tenantive as Tito continues to stalk and cut off the ring. rd 11 comes and tito backs him to the corner and after several unanswered blows the ref steps in and saves him from any further damage! Tito TKO 11 in a crowd pleasing affair!
I think it was close at one point as King had both fighters. I just think Trinidad catches him with a monster lefthook, but could see Norris winning a decision as well.
