    I don’t think it should be a DQ because the fault was of the ref, he never actually got himself between them or made contact. Unfair but the ref should take the blame.

    I think you’re right.
    He should have at least though gave Quinlan a bit of time to recover.
    He just pulled him back up and threw him back in there.
    He’s hopeless.
