Had to find the result (and, serendipitously, vid) on Robledo's story reel on Instagram. BoxRec doesn't have anything but the main event updated and not one single boxing media outlet, not one writer on Twitter, nobody reported on the card. The co-main event of a "PPV", however low-rent. :shakehead:

You find Tervel Venkov Pulev weird because of the frequency of the letter V? If I think, it's pretty common amongst our names, for sure the father's one (the second) and the family (the third) where it's... word-forming suffix at the end - his father is Venko, so Tervel is Venkov and it's the same for the family name. Well, it's name-forming in this case (but outside of the names it's word-forming). It's agreed by gender, so if talk about a woman, would be Venkova Puleva which results in improper naming if a Bulgarian girl is born abroad - she takes the father's family name, let's say it's Pulev, so she'll be Pulev, but this is the way it's for a man, not for a woman.

Imagine you're Spanish and you say his name, knowing V is pronounced as B. :D

The commentators weren't sure how is Shojgreen pronounced, those things happen and the results are pretty funny sometimes. I remember hearing people calling Tervel's brother PuYEv. Same as some say HrgoviK or like HArgoviK, while the guy is HRgoviCH.

Not the frequency, the positioning (middle, beginning, end of each part). TerVel Venkov PuleV

I did admit it was a petty nitpick. :sisi1 Just bothers my OCD.

Yeah honestly I'm sure not even American commentators would know what to make of "Shojgreen". And most of us do butcher Easern European names pretty badly.

At least they're all at the polar extremes, though, first and last letter like bookends. No middle "v"s. I can't really explain it but that's more aesthetic to me.
