Correct me if I am wrong but hasn't he had only one or maybe two fights since stepping up in weight. Difficult to really rank someone that high if that's the case.
I know sounds bit extreme and am not rating them the same but it's like saying Andre ward isn't in the top ten light heavyweights then......if tete isn't in the top ten there must be some unreal fighters I haven't seen.
