That fight was quite close. I hope it won't be wide cards because both had success and both won rounds.

Best round of the fight for Roman but to little too late on my card. I gave Roman the 5th, 7th and 12th but outside of that Akhmadaliev pulled out the close rounds on my card. Good fight, hopefully they do it again.

Don't know the dudes but I would guess is it's the same poverty & desperation that has driven the great American & Mexican fighters coupled w/ the fact that boxing is an esteemed national sport (in Uzbekistan anyway).

I think his biggest mistake tonight was not focusing more on the body early on. He did some very good, efficient work, but too often MJ landed the last shots of the exchange

    115-113 Roman
    115-113 Akhmadaliev
    115-113 Akhmadaliev

    Akhmadaliev wins by Split Decision.

    Decent scorecards, right winner.

Lovely fight. I actually have Roman ahead 115-113. Could see it to Akhmadaliev by the same margin, I guess, but the champ's straighter punches and body work caught my eye more, especially in the championship rounds.

Come on man. The right man won. But 119-109 is just a horrendous scorecard.

The same smileys you put under my scorecard i would put under yours.

It and 118-110 or 117-111 are spot on. 114-114 is straight up ass.
