Tevin Farmer vs Kenichi Ogawa - A Robbery That Never Happened

While Ogawa might be a moron, he is no cheat.

Farmers jab is absolute crap! He has no idea how set it up or even how to use it(maintain distance, head control, feint...). All he does is flash it in a constantly similar pattern.
He barely landed it at all! It was ridiculous. Worst since Russell Jr vs Loma. (for once i agree with compubox on something)

Farmer is a dirty fighter(which i kinda like).
How many low blows can one throw without the ref noticing? Farmer landed a lot of jabs on the upper thigh of Ogawa. And in the second half of the fight he started landing power punches below the belt line.
And quite a lot of wrestling from Farmer as well. Not too much but what i did not like was him punching while the ref was trying to break them apart. He did so on multiple occasions.


And now onto the fight. By no means was this a robbery.

R1 - 10-9 Ogawa
Farmer was flashing the jab but only landed a few. Ogawa working the body and landing clean hard blows. Farmer finishes with an overhand left right on the button. That once punch did not win him the round.
R2 - 10-9 Farmer
Farmer again, unable to land any real jabs with the exception of a few below the belt. But he clearly out landed Ogawa in clean power punches.
R3 - 10-9 Farmer
Both men going to the body with Farmer having the clear edge in number of clean punches landed. Ogawa finishes strong but not enough to win it.
R4 - 10-9 Ogawa
This one was a close one. Ogawa landed a bit more and clean and showed good defense picking off a lot of Farmers shots. A round that could go either way.
R5 - 10-9 Farmer
Most one sided round of the fight so far. And Farmer finished strong.
R6 - 10-9 Farmer
Ogawa picking off and countering really well but not throwing much else, besides the few partially landed combos near the end of the round. But Farmer simply outworked him and landed more. Ogawa was simply not able to keep up.
R7 - 10-9 Ogawa
Pretty close round until Ogawa finally opens up and lands his best sequence of punches. But Farmer got in a few of his own. Another round that could go either way.
R8 - 10-9 Ogawa
For the first 90 seconds Farmer can't land anything to save his life, until a big overhead left lands. (Ogawa was actually the slick boxer until that point )
Farmer finally slowing down, still landing but Ogawa doing more of it.
R9 - 10-9 Farmer
Another close round, could have gone the other way due to Farmer missing so badly at times. But i felt he landed more clean punches.
R10 - 10-9 Ogawa
Farmer brawling with Ogawa, and frankly getting a bit beat up. (those compubox numbers were complete BS)
R11 - 10-9 Farmer
Clear round for Farmer who kept smothering Ogawa and landing his own punches.
R12 - 10-9 Ogawa
Close round with both men landing big shots. But you dont win a round by missing as much as Farmer did.

All in all, it was a really close fight, which i scored a DRAW. To call it a robbery is a fallacy.
There were just too many close rounds that could have gone either way because IMO they both suck.
