Maybe but please let the fight happen . Farmer is on a 16 fight win streak ,he deserves a shot, and Salido can watch his son fight after Thanksgiving. All is well.

Dont get me wrong i love watching farmer and think he has a bright future but his inexperience will be a glaring flaw. A guy like miura with his style is usualy cryptonite to an inexperienced pure slick boxer

But i suppose he wants to strive for greatness and i can always get behind a fighter for doing that.

My heart wants farmer to win
But my head strongly suggests miura grinds him to a halt late in the fight

It'll be a walk in the park for The Bomber Left, but yeah I like Farmer and I hope the match gets made, even though it won't end well for him, at all.

How would Mayweather have performed against the WW Salido that Loam fought in his second match?:laufband:

The same way he did against Maidana in their first fight. I don't see anything different, except that experience was on Mayweather's side where Loma had no idea how to combat the onslaught of dick punches Salido threw at him.

Tevin Farmer is a curious case. He does many things brilliantly but it hasn't become second nature in his performances yet, thus less fluidity and intelligence.
In other words, he's very far off being a complete fighter. For this reason, I favour Miura here but I'll certainly be rooting for my boy, Tevin.

Nope he wins clean against a dirty fighter but it will look sloppy. Mayweather is the king of "by any means" in the squared circle.

Miura proved a lot in the Vargas fight, but Farmers style is totally different. Farmer could outbox this guy to a UD, but it would be a tough fight, that's for sure. And FTR I would have favored Miura over Salido.

I was transcribing back and forth about what if Farmer fought Lomachenko. I think he would be problematic for Loma so Miura should not be a problem. Miura is a "flat footed" fighter. He gives the other flat footed fighters problems because he is strong willed. Farmer will stick and move for 30 or 36 for the UD.
