If you don't think that fight should have been stopped then you are.

Enough of the Chuvalo nonsense. Did you see the fight, and him turning his head away because he didn't want any further punishment???
I love Chuvalo, a credit to the sport but everyone that wants to say if he didn't cut or whatever that he had a chance against any ATG is insane to put it mildly. Outside of the Quarry anamoly he basically had zero wins against quality opposition. A tough out in any era but come on?!?!

Foreman by near murder, anybody picking Cobb is just stupid!!, i seriously doubt Cobb would see the 10 round, a man can only take so much punishment, Cobb just didn't have the talent, and natural ability to succeed at the elite level of this sport....

Cobb would have been better suited for toughman contest's and bar fighting, type ****...

    Foreman by TKO.

Later in his career, Foreman developed the stamina and smarts that enabled him to save his energy for the later rounds. While it is true that Cobb could take a good punch he would have been subjected to a barrage that he could not have been able to withstand.

It would have gone past the 7th but with Foreman's arm raised by the ref.

    Absurd.

Foreman wouldn't get tired, he would just wail on Cobb at his leisure. As well as McCall, Tua..etc. Foreman had bad stamina but he wasn't mentally ******ed. He wouldn't just throw and throw at a human punching bag untli he keeled over.

He burned out in Zaire trying to keep the crafty Ali pinned on the ropes and on the defense. He also got punished from right hands whenever he let up. Not the same thing as a non threat like Cobb following you around and walking into sensless punishment.

And I feel the Chuvalo fight was prematurely stopped, but it does serve as a reminder that Foreman has the power to back anyone up and convince the ref or corner to stop the fight rather they are in danger of being knocked out or not, its the fear that he's got them in position where all they can do is take punishment and not fight back.

Cobb was a tough son of a gun but he'd take too many hard shots from George.

    Foreman by middle rounds tko.
