1. this fight is at a catch weight it doesn't mean anything

2. Margarito is flat footed, slow, and blocks punches with his face he is going to get killed

3. this fight is a disgrace

No one said you had to be perfect! My pops was a cowboys fan too which is why I'm not a fan. But back in the 90's the cowboys were a PROBLEM! Great team and probably one of the best ever!

 

I understand some are mad that margarito hasn't done anything the past two years. But in the big picture, does that really matter? Does the **** he's done prior all of a sudden not count anymore?

Here's why I am fine with the fight:

1. Mere titles don't mean squat anymore. Too many per weight class. My opinion, while this is technically a title fight, it doesn't make either guy the recognized Jr.MW champ. So why should people fuss over it? IT's a vacant belt, nothing more.

2. P4P don't mean squat either. Just an opinion on wh's the best based on some old tradition.

3. Two forward moving fighters who throw a lot of punches. What's not to love? We watch boxing to be entertained. This fight has that potential and then some.

In boxing, "deserving" or "P4P" or any of that **** doesn't exist anymore. Boxing is more business then sport now. We should be used to that by now.

 

You know I used to think Texas was the most corrupt state when it came to it's athletic commission (IE Judges like Gale Von Hoy that should be shot) now with this I don't think it is any more, I know it is. :-(

A sad day for boxing, a sad day as a Pac fan and a sad day to be a Texan.

Hopefully Margo can have a few moments and make the fight interesting.

Should be an entertaining fight anyway due to styles and watching Margo's head snap around like a bobblehead.

 

My man! You a boxing fan which means you are going to enjoy this one! You don't have to like Marg or believe him but one thing Marg brings to boxing is excitment! I think the close this fight gets more people will get excited for this one.....How can you NOT? This equation equals WAR! PAC could lose depending on which Marg shows up and how the physical size affects Manny. Manny's never faced anyone MARGs size except for DLH.
