Yeah, he's making his debut at fly on June 18th in Mexico. Miguel Vazquez headlines the card (you'll miss it if you watch Rhodes - Alvarez, unfortunately).

Gonzalez, Roman? I hope not. I don't think he's physically powerful enough to handle it at the higher weights. Like IB said in the general, his power hasn't carried up that well to Light-fly, and he couldn't really hold Vargas (b-level) off him, so he's have hell trying to hold bigger, more powerful guys like Segura off him. If he fought Gio at Fly he'd get crushed IMO, and as tantalising as that fight looked, I wouldn't advise it for El Chocalatito.

 

Gonzalez is, overall, a better fighter than Segura, but if they were to collide my best guess is that it would resemble Cotto-Margarito. Gonzalez, with his abundantly better shot selection and technique, would sweep most of the early rounds, but Gio will more than likely come on strong and grind him down as the rounds wear on to win a late stoppage. Roman's good enough to avoid getting crushed in the early stages.

It used to be pretty funny, Laz would go ape-**** at him for hating Khan, I'd attack him just for being a ****. I made myself look like a huge Khan fan, when I'm quite the opposite.

It was that 'Khan - Maidana build up thread' that Laz made in the general which was the core of it IMO. Some intense debates happened in there :yep

Nobody cares about Mijares enough to notice man. At least if people watched him in the hope he'd lose I'd actually have gotten somebody to watch him.
