Thabiso Mchunu is a 28 year old 5'11 Cruiserweight with a 17-2 11 KO's 2 losses by KO record. This slick southpaw nicknamed The Rock hails from Ximba KwaZulu-Natal South Africa is a retreating counter puncher and is a must see fighter for Sweet Science purists especially fans of Mayweather, Lara and Rigondeaux. I'm not a big fan of this guy because I'm not a fan of that style but if you are check him out because I'm sure you'll love him. He even uses the Philly Shell defense especially since being KO'd by Mwekassa in 2011, since then he's improved his defense quite a bit, and he's dominated Eddie Chambers and Garrett Wilson. Postscript: He had moments of success against Junior Makabu even rocking him badly early in their fighter, but Makabu's pressure worn Mchunu down and he gassed late, Makabu KO'd him with a brutal uppercut in the 11th.
