    2 of the 3 judges had the fight a draw. They were looking to give Vic every round that they could

    No the official judges also had it a draw. I don't think that Vic won 2 rounds at all. I think that he managed to keep 2 of those rounds close (while still losing them) and the judges gave the round to him
