51,000+ in the stadium and HBO can't see the market in that? That's more fans then the Sox (Red or White) can hold I'm cancelling my subscription to HBO right now :fire
Pacquiao was in against a guy bigger then him and fought the way way and he atleast unloaded punches on him. Wlad is 5 inches taller and 35 pounds heavier and is more skilled and stronger and Chambers doesnt hit all that hard...... he fought wayyyyyy too scared. If he was in there with a Mike Tyson, David Tua, George Foreman ect and fought like that yeah then it would be a good preformance and you cant blame him but come on.......
Yeah because the ammount of people in the stands is what people tune in for.atsch 51,000 germans big deal HBO isnt shown in Germany they are shown in america and in america they dont draw its just the very sad facts.
im not blaming it all on eddie but a lot of it was eddie refusing to exchange with wlad. Wlad is too careful no doubt but after throwing too many punches against brewster. I dont think he wants to do the tee off on a guy covering up and waste punches. Either way, fight was meh ending was great. The last two rounds Wlad was clearly pressing for a KO. Im glad he AT Least did that.
atschThe same Tua that has one of the best chins in boxing history and also one of the most deadly left hooks??? Yeah I can really see your point.
I guess an American HW contender can't draw any American fans for the World Heavyweight Championship either atsch
I'm guessing that if Haye even grows the balls to fight either Klitschko he will run another track meet & Wlad or Vitali will have to hunt him down to KO him.
Nope. You know why? They all suck. This isnt the 70s and 80s or 90s anymore. Boxing fans and casual fans have no interest in heavyweights anymore and everyone realizes the lighter weights is where it's at. Chambers had one fight one HBO and stunk the place up. His fight with Peter on ESPN was boring and so was his fight with Brock on Showtime. His best preformance and most exciting fight wasnt even shown in america.... how many people even know who the **** he is???
Yeah, gee, would've been terrible if a big boxing channel showed the fight for the heavyweight world title. That would be terrible if the world heavyweight title fight would've been available on HBO. **** off. I wanted to see it.
