LOL. In other words, Kabayel doesn't have any exciting wins. Got it. I looked, I couldn't find any, either. Thanks for trying.
Yes, only on this site is the lowest rated WBC contender, the lowest rated Top Rank Heavyweight, the worst WBC contender with no losses ... preferred. To be honest.
If i'm to understand you correctly you think there is nobody in the world who doesn't post on this site who thinks they've seen enough of Wilder-Fury II? That is disturbing.
Oh please. We're talking about Kabayel. Agit Kabayel wouldn't even be in the top 15 if Povetkin wasn't bumped up to "interim" beltholder and was included in the actual ratings. He's a terrible opponent. All efforts in this and other threads on this site to "pump up" Kabayel as a "credible" option are comical. Kabayel's biggest cheerleader on this site can't even name one fight he was in that was actually exciting to watch. Please, never delete these threads. I'm going to be bumping them for years. YEARS!!!!
It doesn't matter. Try to understand. There are some people who don't want to see Wilder fight Fury again. They DON'T feel like you feel. They have seen Fury thrash Wilder, in a very one-sided fight and now they want to see him fight "someone else". A "future prospect". Rivas. Hunter. It doesn't matter. Someone else is the opponent they want to fight Fury see. Fury, fighting someone else, is what they want to see. There's nothing odd about this. MANY people see that rivalry as settled and will be more interested in seeing Fury fight a different opponent. Part of this is that you are a super-fan, part of it probably though is that you are in America - it is impossible to express to you how little some British fight fans have in seeing Fury fight Wilder again. Perhaps the majority of US fight fans want to see Wilder fight Fury though, i've no clue. But the notion you have developed that these attitudes exist only on this specific forum is bizarre, parochial and woefully inaccurate.
As boxing fans, we've gone from having the WBC/Ring champ fighting the #1 WBC contender/#2 Ring contender - the best boxer in the division against the best puncher in the division ... arguably the two most exciting fighters in the division ... who broke the record for live gate receipts last time out ... and whose PPV sold the most heavyweight PPVs in North America since Tyson-Lewis ... To possibly Fury against the least interesting, least exciting, lowest rated guy in the rankings, who has no power, is slow, with short arms and no defense ... in front of no audience ... and hopefully STILL ON PPV in the UK (LOL) ... Sorry, I think that sucks. I have no idea why any rational fan wouldn't. That's all.
Kabayel is a great opponent. Like Wilder said "those who you don't know about are the most dangerous".
Given how this year has gone, Fury will probably tear his ACL against Kabayel ... Joshua will punch Pulev when he's down and get DQed ... And we'll be left with Arum staging Kabayel-Pulev for ALL THE BELTS in the Spring of 2021. And Fury, Wilder, Joshua, etc. will all be sitting on the sidelines, like was the case in the mid 90s when Botha, Bruno and Seldon all had the belts ... and Lewis, Bowe, Holyfield, Tyson and Foreman were on the outside looking in. I think I'm done with the heavyweights for the rest of this year. Wake me up when the Fury-Kabayel ShitShow is over.
