Alvarado deserved the win. He was a warrior and smart. Rios looked bad.

The first 4 or 5 rounds Alverado wasn't very effective with his boxing he was moving too much, not punching often enough and wasn't sitting down on his shots. Towards the middle of the fight he found a much better balance between the two and in the last 4 or 5 rounds found the perfect balance. Using lateral movement and circling then jumping in with hard combinations and getting back out before Rios could get off.

Rios tends to cover up with his guard when you throw rather than countering and he can't time you coming in. In the last 2 rounds Alverado was pulling some Roy Jones **** circling and leaping in with lead left hooks. He landed two gorgeous ones near the end of the 12th and the last one seemed to rock Rios.

Iv never liked Rios outside the ring he acts like a 12 year old child who ate too much candy and is all hyper on sugar. He's ****ing annoying and a loudmouth and post fight was a great example.

This is why I love Latino Boxers fighting their heart out. They give their all-out, and doesnt care of their ****ing health. But seriously, those two should need a MRI scans, those heavy blows were so hard I jizzed my pants.

Hats off to Alvarado and Rios.
