even ice cube was amazed :yep

2nd strike-- yeah, he was able to finished it, but he was not strong to go back to his corner. Ref had to help him out get back to his corner and he thought roach was nacho .

Clearly, he wasn't as hurt as you thought he was. "Almost immediately." Hell, why not just be honest and say you really thought it was 10-9 because Marquez showed so much heart.

I am officially a fan of JMM but sometimes I just can resist the temptation of stirring the whiners' nest.

If anything it was a close contest, I actually had it a draw.
But nevertheless, JMM was the winner of the event, but he lost a lot, now he will be avoided for another couple of years:-(

He outboxed Pac, outsmarted Pac, outlanded Pac.. but he didnt get the decision, although I dont think it was a robbery, I feel like Marquez is the winner of their 2 duels. Pac and Freddy will avoid Marquez at any cost now.

pac and roach have already green-lighted a rematch w/ jmm. they say this will happen @135 after the pac-diaz fight. this means that this third fight of the trilogy will probably happen towards the end of the year.

roach is confident that pac can still improve from this fight and win more convincingly next time. roach said that pac moved towards jmm's right rather than to the left which was obviously the much better thing to do. roach also said that pac under-utilized his right hook and rather than cutting off the ring, just followed jmm around. also, @135 making weight will not be an issue anymore for pac.

on the other hand, i can't see what jmm can still improve. i think he was already at his very best in that fight. he may choose to be more aggressive and initiate the action more but that could play directly into pac's hands.

That was the best Ive ever seen JMM fight. Im convinced he would clear UD Guzman should they ever fight. He has everything Guzman has except his offense is alot better. Cant think of a fighter out there right now who puts together as fast and cleanly crisp combinations like that. Pac's interview after the fight confirmed it too, the JMM he fought the other night was better than the JMM he fought 4 years ago.

Exactly! This time the decision wasn't bogus like the Draw in the first match. Maybe PAC's team should have made sure they had quality judges the 1st time round.

I will say this.......JMM actually did have PAC hurt. Not too bad but he got PAC with a tremendous body shot that had PAC retreating once in the fight. It was all for 10 seconds he was on the defensive and favoring his right side but I knew he definitley felt that body shot from JMM. Anyone else see that?

JMM definitely has the most incredible recuperation... the 3kd's in the first fight would have ended in that round if it wasnt JMM. And the Kd in the 3rd of the rematch! that should have ended there!
