Indeed. Sheer entertainment in win or lose fights. A true worior that never quit. The best of luck to him.
He will be missed. Ten years from now there will be fans saying, "oh, if only today's fighters had more of Gatti's warrior spirit." Gatti wasn't a great fighter, but he was a damn good one. Better than some give him credit for. And he always earned his purse, unlike some of these guys who seem to show up just to collect a paycheck.
damn Gatti u almost made me cry last night... lol u were my fav of all time and will always be gl in your future and leave the ring warrior
a true all time great. I dont wanna see him walk away yet, I still think hes got 2 or 3 good fights in him. Maybe as a farewell fight they can do Gatti-Cintron.
just saying it would be a good farewell fight. I may even pick the upset and win a good amount of money, depending on the odds.
Memories........sure he will be able to remember his fighting days several years down the road. but will he be able to remember what he did two minutes ago??? whoever told him to take this fight should be locked up.
