Say what you want about level of skill. The ninth round of Gatti - Ward I was the kind of moment that spawned myths and legends in times gone by.

Enjoy retirement champ. It was a pleasure watching you work. Painful, but a pleasure all the same.

 

A true warrior indeed. The first Ward-Gatti fight was the reason I got into boxing. Arturo you will be missed.

 

Yeah, much respect to Gatti. He should have quit a few fights ago IMO. He's going to slur badly when he ages a bit.
