Thanks to Cain , the absolutely insane Lesnar hype is finally over..

Lesnar looked terrible against Carwin...(but proved that he had a lot of heart)...He looked dominant against a washed up herring , but nothing special...(dry humping heath & won by decision...a guy fedor mauled several years earlier , forcing him and his corner to abandon the fight)...

Couture (if it wasn't for his crappy chin)....was also doing great in his fight against the big guy...(lesnar had roughly a 50 to 55 lbs weight advantage over the guy)...not to mention we're talking about a guy who's in his mid-40's...and yet , randy held his own...anyone who watched the fight could see that randy was slowly but surely having an advantage over a fatigued lesnar...until the tko

I don't detest Lesnar as a person...and i recognize that he's an impressive athlete but his standup game is crap...his sub defense/offense is nothing special...and nor is his endurance.

True , he's a legit threat in the wrestling department...And he can move pretty fast for a +265 lbs guy...

But that ridiculous hype had to ****ing end....it just had to.

We had fans claiming that Lesnar's wrestling > Karelin's....Yes..the living legend of greco , the freak of nature.. KARELIN !!!!

We even had fans claiming that fedor wouldn't stand a chance in hell...that lesnar would ko or annihilate emelianenko... Fedor...! Penn , Shogun, Gsp himself...(& many others)...consider fedor as "the" best of the sport.


And this after what ? only 7 ****ing fights ?

We're talking about a 5-2 record folks....

Like i said...I don't personally hate Lesnar...but the hype over this guy had gone too far.

 

i'm not saying the contrary...he's physically huge..he can move pretty fast too...and like i also said...i don't personally hate his guts or anything...but you all have to admit...lesnar's hype was just too ****ing much...

I wouldn't go as far as to say he's biggest joke...that's too harsh..

There's many "jokes" in mma....horrible...mediocre fighters.


Lesnar isn't one of them , but he's certainly one of the most over-hyped in the sport's history.

Last time a ufc hw was this much hyped was in 2005...(during arlovski's reign)... Same ****...fans used to say arlovski >>> prime fedor , prime nogueira , prime crocop , prime barnett , prime kharitonov...etc...Basically just as hyped as lesnar...(only unlike Lesnar , arlovski didn't have a 5-1 record)
