    Nowhere to run now Joe.

Retire a good champ who lacks in ATG standing, fight yet another meaningless fight and look like a fool, or take your beating at the hands of Bad Chad.

    The choice is yours.

No chance this will happen, Chad wont bring in enough money to get joe to postpone his retirement. It was Pavlik or no one.

Like Joe have a problem is bringing in money. He could sell out arenas fighting bums, I'm so he can do the same and then some with Chad. Joe is a ***** bottomline.

If it was left up to us - fighters would probably have to fight the rest of their lives or until they lost pretty bad.

If Joe beats Jones he should ride his high house into the sunset. Not many retire undefeated - that would be a great accomplishment within itself.

Even if he loses - he should retire. Unless he doesn't want to go out with a lost.

Tarver is looking to excersice his rematch clause - so Dawson might be tied up anyway.

Joe fought Hopkins in a close fight - now he's fighting Jones - and he's a ***** for what reason? Oh - for taking the bigger and better fights - for the most money.

That's right - none of us would ever do that. We all have too much pride right? **** out of here. We would all take the money.

    "Lacks an atg standing"?

Well its your opinion but certainly not mine. Time will tell however, just give it 20-30 years.

After Rjj the only fight that would make financial sense is a rematch with Hopkins. But I think people may have forgotten that it wasn't the most entertaining of encounters.
Also Calzaghe looks as if he's retiring after Rjj. Can't go on for ever.

    Spot on that.

The hate for Calzaghe on this forum is ridiculous.

    Bigger and better fights?

Joe should have fought Dawson after Chad beat Glen Johnson. Even though he looked vulnerable, Joe still didn't want any. A shot Roy Jones is NOT a better fight than a P4P calibre Chad Dawson. :patsch

Chad would bring in a load of money for Joe, he has fought a lot of big names. Showtime would throw up huge money.

Joe simply "don't want none". :deal

He won't fight Dawson even in Wales. Which is a shame because it's one of the best fights that could be made in boxing.

I'm not Decebal, although Decebal might have an idea who I am.
