Do you guys have a special workout for today? Whats it look like? Today is my off day and I am only stretching.
I'm doing my workout in the morning. That way I'm free in the evening. Just gonna do some roadwork and calisthenics.
I didn't workout today, just stuffed my face full of turkey and mashed potatoes. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow though.
later in the day i actually ended up in the gym. i just did light work on the neck, abdominals and moved around in teh ring.
