It was a very good scrap. Truscott's face was ****ed (wiped his face in the ref a few times as well!) and you could forgive him for pulling out but he wanted to carry on. He was taking too much in the end, though, so it was a good stoppage.

was it similar to appleby/lindsey or better?

 

Appleby-Lindsay was much better, IMO, but others in the other threads have disagreed. It was still a very good fight, though.

 

I accept that I'm in a minority, though. D-MAC agreed with me on the Appleby-Lindsay fight being the British FOTY thus far but I don't think anyone else did! I still think it was better but tonight's fight was still very, very good:good.

 

Am a bit ript right now but if thats a "take on simo" am fukn first on board.

I think I'm in a minority thinking that the stoppage in that fight was extremely premature, haven't seen it in a while though.
