    Because his fists are too deadly and the Government only allows a limited number of Licences To Kill. The only way for Stabler to get a licence is to prise it from James Bond's cold dead hands.

    So after all this he s struggling to get a licence? Is this going to be a Lenny Mclean type, no sorry it was Roy Shaw wasnt it who claims in his book he would ve been world champion if they d have licenced him but instead "had to" follow a life of crime.

    In about 3 years time when Stablers hands being raised as the NEW UNDISPUTED HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD im going to bump this thread and say there i told you so.

    I heard he was on a unicycle? !

    News just in that Obama has declared war on Iran, they got rid of all their nuclear warheads as part of the disarmament program but The President got word that they've been looking at adding James Stabler to their military arsenal and decided it was too big a threat to the USA's national security.
