one minute i was sitting there watching the main event the next thing i know is my alarm is going off and its time to go to work

I agree with the view but i'll put it this way this little men fight is just as bad as the last few fighters Mundine has faced and I truly mean that so if these guys don't get the right to fight on TV neither should have after those 2 shocking cards. Not just chocs main fight either but the whole cards are a joke.

Least last night had a great main event and was well worth the wait to see it.

Pretty sad state of affairs to see something like this occur. However, the 'freak' shows always have someone willing to be a participant for the audience.

 

Not the same fight but what was the deal with Les Pipers corner using spoons between rounds to stop swelling ? Is there any particular benefit to this ?

 

nothing out of the ordinary... just cold spoons to reduce the swelling.. obviously they dont have a regular iron you would normally see

I have seen the spoon used before in a fight in the US. Obviously the shape works well and Bryan has picked up on this. He might dance like Virgil out of Thunderbirds and his Mum still dresses him, but he is a thinking trainer and he is always looking at new methods - if only he didn't have a head like a pumpkin things would turn out better for him!
