    If he stopped it 30 seconds sooner there would have been zero controversy. As it was, Lee ate too many hard rights; he just happened to respond when the ref finally stepped in.

    Lee got into a "My left hand vs. your right hand" pissing contest instead of fighting intelligently. Good win for Vera.

    Some people are only satisfied if a fighter takes a Vargas-Trinidad type beating before a fight is stopped.
