Only heavyweights should be able to fight in a ring that damn big. Plant was either on his bike or engaging a hug with no intent to fight.
Plant tried his best to spoil the fight with his excessive holding and low blows, but regardless Benavidez put on an entertaining show. Straight beat his ass for the last 7 rounds of the fight
Thought it was a pretty good fight myself. Not the best I’ve ever saw but an entertaining fight. Can Plant stick and move or Will Benavidez wear him down
It was a tremendous fight. Watching Plant try to adjust and keep ahead of Terminator Benevidez was fascinating, watching his steady physical deterioration was disturbing. Finished the fight covered in blood and having earned the respect of his nemesis. The fight was close enough to be in doubt after 9 but you could see, also, that Plant needed one last big adjustment and you knew that he probably wasn't going to outfight him and Benavidez just chillingly out-monstered his man down the stretch. That is pure fistic thrills to me. If you don't like boxing, there's loads of other sports you can watch. "Musical Chairs of Doom" would probably be right up your alley. This content is protected
Am I pretty good? Most pathetic ring conversation of all time. Haven't watched yesterday's fight but Plant never struck me as anything special. Reckon BJS would have beat him handily.
To me it was the same...reminded me of the 90's and 00's when competitive fights were a bit more normal. This was a non title fight too!
I swear. It's so ubiquitous these days, I was thinking about making a thread about it. Modern boxing fans are the biggest bunch of whiners I've ever seen. All they do is complain! Social media allows every fool with some axe to grind to sound off about the most utterly inconsequential things!
Plant at no point managed to do anything except run, tap and spoil/clinch. Made it for a fairly boring fight, but exactly what I expected, Plant simply has no offense.
