That was one of the coolest finishes I seen in boxing history.
That was badass af, he made it cinematic.

    Wilder is awesome!
I'm feeling worried for AJ and Fury.

Had the same feeling, wilder is getting that special aura about him, a fight between him and Joshua would be massive.

Against a bum who was inactive for 2 years who was dropped himself by Derrick Rossy in his most recent fight

Anyone can look like a world beater if they face dross and pond life in every fight

I bet if you ever found yourself in the ring with Stivern, you'd want out that pond asap.

Can't wait till we can put the Wilder hate behind us, and wince at the memories of those wack times.

I'm thinking that AJ may be requesting to up his juice intake after witnessing that.

If he was in the ring with any real fighter in shape and not 30 lbs overweight, and who hasn't been inactive for over 2 years he probably wouldn't have done that.

How can you read anything into a KO1 on a washed up fat bum? There's a reason Stiverne has been inactive 2 years

Floyd Patterson got knocked down by debutee Rademacher while holding the HW belt.
    Do you have context?
We all know Wilder wasn't in the ring with AJ in there.
    Doesn't change anything.

    Marvelous victory.
    Fireworks performance.
    Awesome KO.

Can't wait till the clashes with AJ and hopefully Fury.
    HW division is on fire.

You aren't setting the bar very high for Wilder with that comment.

I don't care because it wasn't my intention to use that comment to perform that action.

I'm just a bit overflown with cringe at nobody tomato cans and bums online calling guys like Stivern pond scum.

Can we stop talking like 50's cigar smoking boxing fans who looked at boxers like mules? Or are we still going along with that stupid trope?

Yep. He kept his "high ranking" by not fighting anyone and was waiting to cash out with a rematch.

He cashed out. Now he can retire

Clearly the WBC told him to stay on the bench

You think Deontay should be facing Middle weights now?

Although perhaps a good middleweight would have been better at avoiding punches than a fat washed up old HW.
