was ripe for the taking. Jermaine was dominating throughout most of the fight with the jab alone and unfortunately got caught by a wild punch. It happens, but the way Abraham fans on here are acting you would think Abraham was dominating the fight when the truth is he was on the receiving end of a boxing lesson.
Taylor landed about 6 jabs on Abraham's actual face in the entire fight. The fight was close but in no way was Taylor dominating, he punched gloves all night.
boxing lesson??...not even a fan of Abraham, but that boxing lesson sure didnt leave any significant marks on Abrahams face. JT was aggressive and throwing bunches, but it wasnt effective and wasnt really doing damage. AA had a game plan, and worked. KTFO JT in an impressive showing of power.
Taylor was not dominating that fight, he was on his way to losing a decision. I was hoping for him to finish the fight standing and then BOOM. I couldn't believe my eyes
Not even close to be on the receiving end of a boxing lesson. Although I wasn't so impressed like others are.
Getting a KO in the last 20 seconds of the 12th after landing a SINGLE PUNCH is a FAR more dangerous sign that an early KO. He just proved yet again he can carry one punch KO power in major fights all the way to the end of the fight, that's a FAR more dangerous sign if you understand boxing. Obviously you don't know what this sport is about, watch some UFC testicle grabbing and you should be back to your senses.
I'm with you on that one! I was watching the fight with my buddy and his girlfriend and we were all in shock at the way Taylor hit the canvas. I was really worried about him for a couple of minutes until I saw him get up. The crazy thing is that not long ago, Taylor defeated Lacy and looked as though he might be a force in the smw division.
:good Not only that, but in the second half of the fight, Abraham started to drop his gloves and used exceptional head movement to avoid the jab.
