It was pretty nasty. I was jumping up and down cheering and then felt pretty bad when I realised what a bad way he was in.

 

The footage of Hattons face quiving, as he lied there unable to move, was the worst.

It reminds you how brutal the sport really is.

the Ko reminded me of what pac did to david diaz.

 

That WAS pretty brutal but there have been many many more ko's that make that look like a school fight.

 

The 2 best Ko's ive ever seen were .. Tommy Hearns knocking out Duran with a huge right hand, it sounded like a shotgun going off.
And Jersey Joe Walcott knocking out Ezzard Charles, that shot might be the biggest single shot ive ever seen ..

 

Eubank against Jarvis was pretty horrible.

To go back to last night though, it's the sort of punch you get caught with when you're knackered in Rd 10 or 11 not bloody 2!!!!

Say what you want about Manny's speed but there's no way Hatton should have been caught with it that early, he hasn't been the same since FMJ, Hang 'em up Rick.

 

Was a brutal ko, gave me the same feeling seeing it when lennox got starched by rahman in there first fight. Its a consequence of the game but not nice to see nevertheless. Time ricky enjoyed his life outside the ropes (no pun intended)

 

They're my two favourites as well. Coincidentally by two of my favourite fighters. Jersey Joe's hookercut was brilliant, and both were against ATG top 10 p4p fighters.
