Floyd would beat Pacquiao like he owned him. Pac can't fight inside, fights wise open and Floyd is one of the best defensive boxers and a wizard at counter punching. The only three things Manny could beat Mayweather at is a stupid facial hair contest, a "Refuse to take a drug test" contest or a "Who has the biggest head" contest. In those three events Floyd doesn't stand a chance.

Manny refusing to punch a fighter with his hands down just means he has no killer instinct. Floyd would take Manny's "honor" and shove it right up his ass.
