Yeah...too bad Floyd is unable to KO Pacman's leftovers.

It is clear now to the world why Floyd avoided PRIME pressure fighters with power.

    Like Cotto? :patsch

Anyway, Pac gets criticism for the catchweights, his haters make sure it's always an issue and his achievements might be undervalued because of them.

Thing is catchweights have always played a part in boxing, and of all the fighters who fought at catchweights in history which ones had moved up more divisions than Pacquiao had or fought in 5 divisions over 7 fights?

Also for the catchweights he was either moving up a lot of weight to divisions he couldn't make the limit (up from LW to WW for DLH having fought at SFW same year, up 7lbs for Cotto from his previous weight at JWW, and JMW for Margs where he gave up 6lbs on the scale to him). Those facts might get him some leniency

    Why? Because he'd win convincingly?

Aren't you the same clown who had Cotto KOing Floyd?

    So is Cotto genius!

Admit it, Mayweather won on conditioning. If Cotto didn't gas those 3 rounds could have very well turning into a lot more. Look at Floyds face around the 7th! LOL

Hey captain ****o. Oscar twice outlanded opponents by over 100 punches and still lost.
Floyd won that fight though, ya, but many of those punches he got credit for were on Cotto's gloves.

    Hope you are just trolling.

Irritating when people say stuff like, "he won because he got dropped" or "Mayweather won on conditioning" Cotto should have prepared for that, stopped hopping around the ring wasting energy and maybe Cotto could have done a little better.

It was the same reason Oscar lost. Floyd has great conditioning but Cotto winning 3 rounds straight and turning the tide like that was something nobody has ever done on Floyd. Just too bad he couldn't maintain it. You could see him slowing down, punches losing steam and stickin his head out there more getting tagged.
After the eighth it was 5-3 Mayweather.

The Floyd that fought last night is older than that old man De Le Hoya you speak of.

    Yes and Floyd is declining.

Put that version of Floyd in with the version of Oscar he fought and there's a good chance Floyd would have lost. Very good chance, considering Oscar won atleast 4 rounds in their fight and may was prime. Not to mention Oscar could have ko'd him seeing as Floyd's sticking his chin in their and actually fighting now.

    dont agree.
oscar is a HOF fighter who lost his combos and fire the closer he came to promoter.

i think floyd fought a better fight against cotto at 154, and its how he should have fought against oscar.

oscar lost the biggest fights of his career and had his chance against a fighter who was fighting at 154 for the first time and still hasnt been beaten

Gotta disagree, I didn't see much concern from Floyd through the fight. Although he had some difficulty in spots because Miguel came with his A game and Miguel is an elite opponent, he still thoroughly dominated and had his way with Miguel.
