    It's a cliche thing to say... But they really don't make them like Jake anymore. Happy belated birthday champ! Almost a century old and still going strong.

    George Chuvalo is the same way. He's 78 years old but speaks clearly and shows no sign of taking too many punches.

    Ernie Terell said he never saw a guy take the amount of punishment Chuvalo's style requires retire from the game with no mental or physical ailments.
