The ‘Body Snatcher’ Mike McCallum has died

Pulling over to the side of the road tells me heart attack. I've heard of others dying like this. Driving is a stressful act and subjects your body to stress in an invisible way because you will be preoccupied trying to drive to your destination and not realize your body needs a rest. Older gentleman take note of this and listen to your body and be very mindful before and during a drive.

 

Very very sad to hear. I could watch McCallum bouts all day long. Brilliant crafty ring mechanic who could do it all. He would rule undisputed if he were boxing today. I will surely miss this man who has my utmost respect. May God rest his soul.

 

RIP Body Snatcher. Can't imagine anyone not admiring this man, and he could have been much bigger had he got the big fights early, and the right calls late.

Almost all Jamaican fighters since I've been watching boxing have been terrible.

But when looking back at McCallums fights, he was a formidable force, very good fighter. R.I.P Champ.

Lennox Lewis was born in the UK, but his parents were Jamaican.

 

All true but older gentlemen please take your blood pressure readings and get blood pressure medication if needed.

Some football legends had heart attacks and some died over the last 15 years that were only in their 40s

 

Same way the actor Robert Shaw died, just told his wife who was next to him in their car that he felt odd, then got out to walk it off and collapsed, McCallum was in really bad shape the last time I saw him, he had a weight problem.

 

Simon Brown and razor Ruddock were pretty good.

 

Went on a bit of a youtube binge watching his highlights after hearing the news; he was supremely skilled in the ring, with a heart of a lion to boot, and a gentleman outside the ring. RIP Mike; so many people will remember you.
