I kind of disagree with this. Boxing is not a major sport in the U.S. And no publicity is bad publicity. I'm not saying that Mayweather is right by what he has done. But I don't think this makes the sport look bad. The sport goes well beyond Mayweather.

Edit: If you stay away from ESB, you won't hear too much about this Mayweather situation.

 

Floyd Mayweather will be called Pretty boy Floyd in jail. Nobody will call him Money mayweather because nobody cares about money in jail.
