Roy Jones or Pernell whitaker. I have it for tight for jones but would have no arguments with anyone picking sweet pea. No one else gets close

Roy and Pernell. I rate Pernell clearly higher all time when taking full careers into account, but I have no qualms with either pick in a strictly 90's list, as Pea did a decent portion of his work in the 80's (though most of his best work was in the 90's) and started to fade by the mid to late 90's. Based on accomplishments, best wins, etc, they're pretty close. Roy could get the nod for consistency throughout the decade though, and was at his very best for most of it, while the same can't be said for Pea.

At their best in the decade, it's a close call, but all things taken into consideration, Roy edges Pea based strictly on their runs in the 90's.

Tyson doesn't really have any claim at all to even be in the poll, considering his best work by far was in the 80's, and by the 90's he was basically a shell of that version.

Holyfield should be on the list if the likes of Tyson and Lewis are there.
