Danny Flexen is number one though. No doubting his knowledge of the game, but his writing style absolutely stinks. Has to always revolve around him. Could be a piece on looking back at Tyson becoming youngest heavyweight champion but begin with a little personal life story of how he was once first on the playground at lunchtime in school.

 

No love (or otherwise) for Adam Smith? Or is that a "creepiest man in boxing" list.

Cheers mate nice of you to say. To be fair I have included references to my own life in articles - if I feel my life experience helps me relate to the subject - and that's not a device for everyone, but I only really remember doing it for Matt Hatton and Shane Mosley. Whatever, I hope some people like what I produce but I'd like to think a genuine arsehole would stick two fingers up at the criticism and threaten the forum with legal action. I choose instead to take it on the chin - as anyone who has watched me 'spar' already knows.

 

The fact that Amir Khan isn't #1 on this list and indeed, doesn't even appear immediately makes it null and void.

Is it a permanent ban then? Or just a temporary meaning he'll come back? I seriously can't be arsed with him anymore. It's fair enough, there are lots of people on here I don't like and they don't like me but at least the reason we argue is because we have different opinions. I can respect them if not like them because I know they're not just mugs who want attention.

Craney though, he's the worst troll imaginable. He just sits on here looking to annoy people because he thinks it makes him look boss or funny. Whoever is responsible for ridding us of him, you have my eternal gratitude.

I was happy in the haze of Bunce's boxing hour. But Adam Smith's on and I'm miserable now.

 

Adam Smith does come across as a bit of a douche. I just can't decide on whether he's an evil genius or just a sad idiot who knows **** all about the sport or fans.
