I'm American bro and I read between the lines, when it comes to amatuer boxing at the world level, we get beat... It's okay because we turn out to be better pros then amatuers.
No, it's not safe scumbag. And I don't really talk boxing with scumbag ***** gobbling Povetkin fans like you anyway you old loser.
At the end of the day it is medals, but Lomachenko in this case is the best... How can he not be better than any American fighters since the 92 games?
Nobody is claiming that the Americans are the best amateur fighters ever. But we do have some of the best amateurs ever-what ever that means lol. We don't stay in the amateurs like the Cubans and Lomachenko. We win Gold, Silver or Bronze and move on. Our Gold medalists don't stay amateur another 4 years.
Well, the best American fighter, Andre Ward, was a very promising amateur. And he's still the best American talent that came out in years. I still think your prospects should take their time in the amateurs.
No, he's not the best. He doesn't have the most Gold medals. Question. Does America have on amateur fighter in the top 10 best ever amateurs? I can't believe I'm even asking this question.
That's true, but Lomachenko chased amatuer greatness and is without a shadow of a doubt thee best amatuer of all time..... is he the best pro? No he is not, but the thread talks about amatuer greatness and Lomachenko imo is the best of the best, PERIOD!
Amateur greatness? He isn't the best amateur of all times is what I'm telling you. You are either going by medals or record-which one?
